Upper Mohawk Cascade is a 3m high, 2.4m wide ribbon cascade. It only experiences flow during heavy rainfall and during the spring melt. Below the falls is an extensive bog that supplies the lower falls. The entire area around the cascade falls into the "thorn infested bog" classification.
