Lower Borer's Falls is around 200m downstream from Borer's Falls and is not easily accessible. There is a route to the foot of Borer's falls that is difficult and dangerous and then walk downstream. Alternatively there is a difficult and dangerous route by walking upstream along Borer's Creek through the Conservation area from Borer's Falls Dog Park. I personally don't recommend this route as, five years after I took this route, I still have the scars on my shins from slipping on moss covered rocks.
The waterfall itself is a 3m high, 5m wide complex curtain cascade.
